The founder of Anouk
Herbals, Deborah Mann, a New Zealander
who lives in Christchurch, was trained
in Wellington - where herbs became
her passion.
Deborah's training
taught her the magic of herbs where
she learnt the art of growing, nurturing
and selecting natures herbs, which
would eventually be used to nurture
us. The importance of seasonal harvesting
and quality of herbs, allowed her
to develop her talent for creating
beautiful herbal creams, ointments
and various products from the herbs
she harvested. As well as Debbies
Herbal training, she is also a professional
Acupuncturist and Reflexologist, so
has developed a great understanding
of the bodies needs. She has a busy
clinic at the Herb Centre, 223 Kilmore
Street, Christchurch, where all appointments
and enquires are welcome.
